Parkinson's Fitness Ability-based Exercise, Arts and Movement Programs

Newsletter & Class Schedule 2/16 - 2/22

Dear Friends:

We're so happy to see so many of you in class lately, especially with all of the snow we've had. Keep moving your body whether at our in-person classes or with one of our exercise videos. The more you move, the better you can manage your PD symptoms.

PLEASE NOTE: The Monday 2/16 in Marblehead is cancelled in celebration of Presidents' Day.

As always, when in doubt, phone our hosting senior centers to find out if they are open and operating classes during this unpredictable weather season.

Thank you!

Linda
