If you know someone who could benefit from our Adult Day Health Program, let us know!

       We offer: 

*        A safe, structured environment with individualized attention

*        A special place to come and make new friends and socialize

*        A means of helping oneself maintain  his or her optimal level of functioning

*        Respite for caregivers

*        Skilled Nursing Care

*        Medication Management

*        Coordination of Medical Needs by Professional Nursing Staff

*        Individualized Care Plans

*        Continental Breakfast, Hot, Nutritious Lunch, Afternoon Snack

*        Physical and Occupational Therapy

*        Assistance with Personal Hygiene

*        Assistance with Toileting

*        Individual and Group Activities

*        Field Trips

*        Counseling and other Social Services as needed

*        Information and Referrals
