In an effort to best understand what issues are most important to residents of the member communities, the Consortium is asking for input about priorities for housing, homelessness, and community development needs. The following survey allows neighborhood residents to add their voice about what community needs are most important to them. The Consortium is eager to hear directly from you and will use this information as it sets priorities around the development of affordable housing and housing related programs. The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete and will help inform the development of the strategic plan.
