Parkinson's Fitness Ability-based Exercise, Arts and Movement Programs

March Newsletter & Class Schedule 3/2 - 3/8

Dear Friends:

We know it—The more you move, the better you can manage your PD symptoms. These last few weeks the weather has made it challenging to meet that goal. Keep trying to stick with your exercise routine, and remember that Spring is right around the corner! Maybe head outside for one more snowball fight before it all melts.

As always, when in doubt, phone our hosting senior centers to find out if they are open and operating classes during this unpredictable weather season.

Thank you!

Linda
